Design Process
We begin by creating and approving one design element. Once approved, we seamlessly adapt it to all required sizes.
3-5 Days Turnaround
Receive your first design within 3 working days of your initial brief. Final designs are typically completed within 5 business days.
3 Revisions Included
Your package includes 3 rounds of revisions, ensuring your design is just right. If additional changes are needed, we’ll seek your approval before continuing at $25 per 30 minutes.
Getting your Final Files
Once your designs are finalised, we’ll deliver them via email - ready for you to share across all your platforms.

We begin by designing one banner and work with this until you are happy with it. Once it's approved, we'll proceed to replicate this to the rest of the banner sizes.
The design process usually takes up to 3 working days for you to see the first drafts once you brief us. Depending how many changes you make, usually final designs will be ready in 5 working days.
You will be kept up to date via email on the progress of your project. If you need to speak to us, please use the chat function on the Design Portal.
We offer up to three rounds of revisions included the process. Beyond 3 sets of changes we charge $25AUD per 30 minutes. We will always get your approval to continue before we move beyond the 3 revisions.
Once your initial design is ready for review, you will receive an email from Filestage.io requesting your feedback through that platform. We will also email you separately to let you know its waiting for you.
