  • How does a subscription model work?
    Our subscription plans offer unlimited design requests and revisions for a flat monthly fee. Our platform provides on demand access to enjoy consistent, high-quality design services at your finger tips. You can find out more about how it works here.
  • What if I want to cancel my subscription? Can I?
    You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel in the middle of your billing month, the subscription will cancel on the renewal date when the next payment would have been taken.
  • What types of design services does DesignBees offer?
    DesignBees offers a range of services including Graphic Design, Custom Illustrations, Presentation Design, and Motion Graphics. Our different packages cover different design needs, so be clear on the types of briefs you will be wanting to give us before you choose the right package for you. You can sign up, right here and now online if you know what you need, and enjoy a 10 Day Free Trial on the package.
  • I am not sure what package I need?
    You can checkout the details of what is included in each package here. If you still need help deciding which package is right for you and your business, get in touch and request a Demo, and we can advise you what would be best.
  • How does the Free Trial Work?
    From time to time, we may offer free trials of DesignBees. A Free Trial is an opportunity for you to use such Services free of charge for the period of time communicated. Designs Supplied with Watermarks During the Free Trial period we will deliver the designs to you with a watermark, and not supply the source files for editing and these assets produced remain owned by Design Bees. What happens at the end of the free trial? If you do not cancel your selected Service before the end of the Trial Period, your account and selected Service will automatically transition to a standard paid subscription in accordance with the fees and terms specified when you registered for the Free Trial. At this point of the paid subscription taking effect the assets will become the property of the client. Cancelling in your Free Trial If you choose to cancel your selected Service during the Trial Period, all your rights relating to your account and our Services will terminate, and you will lose all access to our Services and all design files associated with those Services at the end of the Trial Period.
  • If I don't use my hours in a day do they roll over?
    No, a designers daily hours to work on your account do not rollover if not used. However, whilst we have the hours allocations a guideline, we will always endeavor to meet your needs and where we have spare capacity will provide more hours. If we do not have the spare capacity, we suggest increasing your plan to a higher level to get more hours of design time. if you are already on the highest plan, then you can consider adding another plan on top of it to get more design hours.
  • What is the turnaround time for a design request?
    Turnaround times vary based on the complexity of the request and the chosen plan you are on Standard requests typically have a turnaround of up to 3 working days.
  • Is there a limit to revisions I can make on a job?
    Nope! You can request as many revisions as you like! All our plans include unlimited revisions. We're here to make sure your design is perfect and just the way you want it.
  • How are designers assigned to projects?
    Designers are matched to projects based on their expertise and your specific requirements, ensuring the best fit for each task. Where possible we will assign the same designers to your work.
  • Is there a limit to the number of design requests I can make each month?
    Nope! You can submit an unlimited number of design requests, but they will only be tackled one at a time. Be sure to keep us updated with what your priority jobs are.
  • What happens if I need a type of design job that’s not included in my plan?
    If you need to brief something that is not in scope in your current active plan, then you change your plan to one that does include your design requirement in. Please change your plan here .
  • Do you offer services for large enterprises?
    At this stage we do not offer design services to Large Enterprise customers or agencies. Our packages are designed for small to medium businesses who need an on demand affordable service for their graphics needs.
  • Can you write my copy for me?
    We don’t write your copy for you, and ask you to supply us all copy in briefing us. We suggest using Chat GPT if you need a bit of help creating some impactful copy for your brief!
  • Do I own the work?
    Yes, it is 100% all owned by you as soon as you become a paid subscriber.
  • Do you offer phone call briefings?
    To keep our cost base low, we undertake all briefings via online only. We suggest that you use Loom and record your briefing if you have something complex you want to show your designer. Pop it in the addtional information section at the very end of the brief. Loom is free and you can record your screen and you presenting for 5 minutes at a time.
  • Are premium stock images included in the plans?
    Yes, any images we supply in designs are included in your subscription. If you supply use with an image you must ensure that you have the rights to use the image for the life of the asset.
  • Are source files included in the designs?
    Yes, if you add the output files you need to your brief, then all completed designs come with the original source files for your use.
