  • What are creative hours?

Creative hours refer to the amount of design time allocated to you each month. Our designers use these hours to work on your projects, ensuring dedicated and focused creative effort. Please note that creative hours do not carry over to the next month; they reset at the start of each billing cycle.

  • What about brands?

Each plan allows you to allocate creative hours to a specified number of brands. For example, if you own both a bakery and a restaurant and are on the Honeycomb plan, our designers can work on projects for both brands using the same pool of creative hours. This flexibility ensures you can efficiently manage design needs across multiple business ventures.

  • Can I buy multiple plans?

Yes, you can purchase multiple plans to increase your total creative hours and brand allocations. For example, if you buy two Buzz Basic plans, you'll receive a total of 64 creative hours per month and coverage for 2 brands. Alternatively, if you purchase one Nectar Pro and one Buzz Basic plan, you'll have a combined total of 106 creative hours and coverage for 4 brands. This flexibility allows you to scale your design resources according to your needs.

  • Can I Choose What Type of Designer to Get?
    (e.g., Graphic Designer or Illustration Artist)?

We typically allocate a dedicated designer to your brand, fostering a relationship where both your brand and the designer grow together. Our designers are usually Multimedia Artists, skilled in various mediums, allowing them to handle a wide range of projects. However, if a specific project requires a skill set that your assigned designer may not excel in, we will switch to another designer who specializes in that area. This ensures you always have the best designer working on your specific needs, guaranteeing high-quality results.
